1. Membership Subscriptions
Effective : 01 july 2025
A. Recurring Billing & Cancellation
• Memberships renew automatically at each billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before your next renewal
• Post-cancellation, you retain access until the current paid period ends.
B. Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued for periods already billed.
- If cancellation occurs before the first billing, you’ll receive a full refund.
- For partial-period cancellations mid-cycle, no prorated refunds are provided
.
2. Pharmaceutical Product Purchases
A. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Unopened, unused prescription and OTC medications in original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened or partly used items cannot be returned due to safety regulations
- Products must carry all original labels, lot numbers, expiry dates, and be stored properly.
B. Return Authorization & Process
- Contact support within 14 days to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Ship the product back (at your expense unless the error is ours), referencing the RA number.
- Returns must be received within 5 days of RA issuance .
C. Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued only for returns approved by RA and that meet policy conditions.
- Credit is issued via original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
- You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
D. Exceptions & Non Refundable Items
- No refunds for expired, refrigerated, controlled, or hazardous medications.
- No refunds after 14 days post-delivery or for improperly packaged/damaged returns .
3. Doctor Consultation Bookings
A. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation
- Appointments cancelled or missed (no-shows) with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
B. Exceptions
- No-show/late fees may be waived for emergencies, upon providing reasonable evidence, at our discretion
C. Provider-Initiated Changes
- If we must cancel/reschedule your consultation with <24 hours’ notice, no fee applies, and we will offer a replacement slot or refund
4. General Terms
- We reserve the right to update this policy; changes take effect upon posting.
- Your continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance.
